Take a look at block 623B a perspective view. This is the only Building Contractor in the whole of Punggol Development who has the courtesy and professionalism to label block numbers still under construction. In fact HDB should request such necessity.

Most trailers transporting facades to the site knows exactly where to go for each delivery because all pre-fabricated facades are numbered with block numbers, unit number and reference numbers.

So it is easier for deliveries and  home buyers / owners to identify their units.

At present two floors had been completed, quite a number of pre-fab units are in place for the third storey.

A bird's eye view of Block 623B.

Picture shows the RC beams and prefab RC floor slabs had been installed. Several columns, bomb shelters / storerooms and facades were also in place.

Trailers with different building facades complete with window units are all around the block waiting for lifting up for fixing.
