8. Concreting of foundations done.

In the next stage, columns will be erected and soon the building will be on it's first level.

Within a span of 30 days, besides foundations, all columns for this block, ground floor ground preparation, laying of hardcore, BRC wiremesh reinforcements, concreting were completed.

Look at the massive steel tube scaffold used to support the second floor weight before floor slabs and concreting of the beams took place.

From the number of workers assigned to this block, 18 to 20 of them, soon another floor will be ready.

Building construction work done are slightly ahead of Excavation 3 ( block next to school building )

Here prefab units are already delivered to site. Once the second floor is completed, the third , fourth and so on will be moving very fast because practically all floors are of similar construction, materials and prefab modules.

Note that all reinforced concrete columns for the first floor above ground are all cast-insitu concrete ( meaning steel fabrication, bending and concreting are all carried out on site )

From the second level upwards, all columns are prefab. ( meaning the columns are built in the factory and transported to the site for installation )
