Just how busy is the straits of Johore at Punggol Point ? Within only 25 minutes, two ocean going tankers sail in to berth at Johore ship repair yard.

Several tug boats, barges loaded with sand, granite passed through. Speed boats, passenger vessel are also busy plying the Johore straits.

Five weeks later, piling work for the proposed jetty structure had been completed.

The police post is still there. Many youngsters are still fishing at Punggol Point.

The original fountain structure had been completed. Several more smaller ones are added to form a flowery pattern.

At site 20 foot containers are parked, unloading decorative tiles and fountain fixtures. Soon we should find, beautiful fountains, horse riding, food & beverages establishments and park connectors taking shape.

As for the park connectors, workers are still busy. Most open stretches along the concrete park connectors are tufted with grass.

Edges of the park connectors along the coast line are lined with granite slabs.
