Block 266A is about two months behind Blocks 265A and 265B. It is still at foundation stage. To expediate lifting of building materials, an overhead tower crane had been installed doing away with mobile cranes.

Who are the immediate neighbours of Punggol Emerald ? On the right hand side looking at the picture is a condominium project " atreasuretrove ", it's club house " Matilda " and it's showhouse. Across the road is the waterway terrace project.

At this stage of prefab construction, starting from 2/3 levels, installation of prefab components should be speeded up.

As it stands Block 264A, reached level 3, workers can be seen getting floor formworks ready for BRC wiremesh reinforcements.

Block 265A completes up to level 4. Flooring for level 5 completed with several prefab columns and stores fixed.

The ground looks muddy after one or two days of bad weather. In the case of other Punggol Building sites under construction, roadways were usually lined with steel plates.

Blocks 265B , 265C, 265D and 266D are all linked together, except for the gable wall separation between Blocks 265C and 265D.

The view will be quite distinctive if a shot can be  taken from atop the overhead tower crane by the crane operator.

Block 265B stands at level 2. Block 265C is estimated to be  2 weeks behind Block 265B.
