At the time of photo session, Punggol Emerald was busy with prefab installation work. Overhead tower cranes were moving in all directions.

Block 265D had one prefab front facade double casement windows fixed in a couple of minutes. Not enough time to take other installations because most were moving at around the same period same time.

Part of 8th floor floor slab was undergoing concreting work late yesterday evening at Block 266C.

Manage to take a picture of TC3 ( overhead tower crane with loading chart attached ) The supervisor, crane driver and the rigger should be aware not to overload the handling capabilities of the cranes.

A couple of months had passed. Those blocks facing Punggol Walk next to the Atreasuretrove Condominium Project were all at rooftop levels.

So far there are no touching up activities of the blocks building facades. Probably waiting for the rest of the blocks to catch up before rendering work begins.

Here is a video clip showing the front facades of the completed blocks.....
