For regular commuters who travels along the LRT tracks daily to and from work will see a totally different or clearer pictures of what has yet to be done.........

Punggol Residences is near completion and at least one Block is open  for viewing and probably handed over to buyers to prepare for renovation.

To have a better picture of the facilities in between Blocks this video clip is taken to enable viewers to view the whole Building site.

Included are video clips of neighbouring estates such as Punggol Sails and Punggol Ripples.

In fact quite some time back, Block 271C was opened to owners for viewing. HDB also set up office in the basement carpark to assist owners / contractors with queries.

Most Blocks are nicely painted and the surrounding areas beautifully landscaped, with pergolas, shelters, linkways, children playground and drop-off-porch, all ready to receive propective proud owners.

Handling over should be in stages as always be the case.

Quite a number of owners had move into Punggol Residence though a small portion of the facilities are still fenced up for minor touch-up.

This afternoon, contractors with brochures are still mingling with the crowd trying to introduce their product. Along the driveway, loads and loads of torn down debris awaits carting away.
