At certain locations where concrete joints are badly done, the whole patch had to be grind and replastered.

Captured a few shots showing workers on gondolas grinding wall surfaces with portable grinding machine. Look at the amount of dust generated......

Looking at a building project from a distance can be quite deceiving especially when painting of the facades were almost done up.

Take a look at Punggol Residences from Punggol MRT Station. Any viewers may feel buyers can move in soon, but it's not the case.
