Look at the massive steel reinforcements used on the first and second floor level. These are all with formworks and cast at site concrete.

From third floor onwards, prefab method is employed. So progress will be speeded up.

Note also the used of  heavy metal temporary supports  below floor. It takes a lot of time......( traditional building construction )

Front elevational view of blocks 271B and 271C taken from open field next to Punggol MRT station. Certain section of the block reached 5th storey. Others between level 2 to 3. As time goes, the level will be more distinctive.

The average constructional progress at Punggol Residences is approximately 3 floors within a period of 2 months.
During our last report, Blocks 271B and 271C were on level 5 and 3 respectively.

Today part of Block 271B reached level 8 and the rest are all at level 5.

In comparison to other Punggol building projects, where most prefabricated units are either square or rectangle in shape, some blocks of Punggol Residences had protruding angular side window glass panels, which may take additional time to align.
