Touching up, rendering with cement grout on uneven surfaces and painting with the help of gondolas had been on-going for the past weeks.

At the moment, on the ground, workers are still busy working on the precinct pavilion . It seems in most building construction site in Punggol, the pavilion is the last item to be constructed.

Activities at site include the on-going touching up and painting of building facades of the entire project.

Within view is the construction of the Precinct Pavilion taking shape at the bottom right hand corner of the building site.

Can the kitchen area be converted into a full bathroom with toilet?

If yes, what is the estimated cost of the renovation works.

Size of bathroom will be similar to the existing one in the unit of a standard 2-room flat.
