Constructional progress of Block 209C is quite similar to the other Blocks. Completion of two floors within a month.

At the time when this picture was taken, the overhead tower crane with a team of workers were busy lifting prefab stores / bomb shelters onto the 13th level.

I'm trying to guess how many more months will complete construction + internal flooring etc. There's 6 blocks of 16 levels total 750 units. Will it be 15 months from now?
