Sorry to set the wrong year on the camera. It should read 20/1/2011

It would take months for boring piles, concreting piles, load testing of the piles before we can see any building activities going on.

Up to date additional drilling rigs, tractors, cranes are deployed at site.

Temporary stores and site office block are also erected.

Punggol Crest from high ground ( bird's eye view ).

No wander, Singapore is one of the most populated red dot in the whole world. The size of a few football fields, we have Punggol Ripples and Punggol Waves on the Left side of the LRT line. On the right,  stands Punggol Sails and Punggol Crest.

On completion, we have thousands of flats available. Thousands and thousands of Singaporeans will eventually move into Punggol. So far, at the moment, most bus services in Punggol are cramped. Have to shout and wake up the bus operators.

Punggol Crest started work not too long ago. As usual, there are piling rigs, excavators, cranes working the ground.

On closer look, certain section of the building site had concrete piles completed. Loading test are in progress........

At this part of the site, near to Punggol Sales temporary site office, more piling rigs are at work.

Cranes and excavators are busy working together with the rigs. Trucks are busy carting away loads and loads of soil dug out by the rigs in operation.

Fabricating of steel cages for cast-insitu piles are stored near by.
