Previously in traditional building construction methods, wirings are run exposed with plastic covers.

Today in HDB's prefab construction all conduit wirings are run during panel prefab stages.

Constructional methods used in today prefab housing in Punggol is exactly like  putting up " LEGO " pieces together.

Picture show pre-run conduit wiring in the floor / ceiling slab.

Damai Grove is made up of 3 blocks of 17 storeys, 5 blocks of 16 storeys residential building. 1 block of multi-storey carpark with commercial activities. Expected date of completion is third quarter of 2011.

As of today one block next to Punggol Spring, along Punggol Drive had most of the window panels fully glazed. From far, the facade of the block looks " blue in colour " due to the protective cover for the glass panels.

The multi-storey carpark is almost completed and workers are dismantling the scaffolds in stages as painting progresses.
