According to the official website of Parc centros, the completion date is expected to be the third quarter of 2016...

If it is to be 2nd quarter of 2016, then it will be much slower than Luxuries.
Launch at July 2012, expect to TOP by latest Dec 2015, or early Sep 2015.
Normally project will take 26 to 30 months to TOP.
