After going through the comments,  probably experienced executive condominium buyers may want to enlighten prospective upgraders from HDB to EC on what are the challenges, problems faced in contemplating booking / buying an EC.

The obstacles faced from signing on the doted lines up to TOP. ( the tremendous waiting time of about two to three years. It's a long wait )

Finally congratulations, all of you are gradually moving into a brand new house of your own.

To all PC owners
Since we need our keys, we have no choice but to pay up to date the first 6 mths MF.
As most of us feel that the MF is too high as compare to other new launch condos nearby,
maybe we can file an objection for the reduction of the MF after 6 mths time.
Any comments.

I agreed with Desmond     (I don't think any PC owner will disagree but it will still be good to see the show of hands...)

I believe the first thing is to setup and have a conversation with WH to express our dissatisfaction and then hear from WH; their reasoning or concern.  And it will be good if several owners are present during the conversation.  From there, we can then decide the next step...
