Blocks 406A, 406B and 406C in perspective. On record, for the past several years, within 60 days as many as 5 floors were prefabricated, components delivered to site, and items lifted up and installed.

Status of Block 406A as at 4 August 2017.

Except for the basement floors and up to level 2 which is cast-in-situ,  from level 3 onwards, construction is made up of prefabricated units.

Picture shows a piece of prefabricated gable wall being  lifted up by the units tower crane and put in place by minimum workforce.

To ensure a perfect joint between steel reinforcements for maximum strength, all steel bars had to be straightened as shown below...
