Talked with HDB sale department in charge of Northshore Residence, while the construction is completed, by all account, the contractors have yet to hand HDBl the keys. Very strange. Seems like there may be a problem with the project? There are no more workers in 405A, so whats the delay. Other projects that started later than Residence I have already handed out keys and people moving in,.

For safety and security reason, a hoarding (fence) has been installed at the back of 405A to 'prevent residents from wondering' into the other blocks in the precinct. This could mean that 405A will be receiving its first residents very soon like within this month. The other blocks will have to wait for a while.
