Although work had been going on for quite sometime and structures are coming up at Basement levels but pictures taken from the roads still show nothing but the crane booms and piling jigs above the perimeter fence.

It would take at least a few months before any concrete structures are visible above the perimeter fence.

From pictures taken today, part basement 2 & part basement 1 outlines of Blocks near to Punggol Marina are visible.

For the past month, we have been taking pictures from Punggol Way, Northshore Drive and Northshore Link. Lets go behind the construction sites into the Park Connectors and captures some scenes, to enable buyers to see what to expect when the HDB estate is ready.
