The rotating screw like shaft will remove all mud / soil from the steel tubes.

Mud / soil will be removed and transported away by trucks.

Next, the pre-fabricated steel cage will be held up by crane and carefully lower into the steel tube.

When all are done, inspected, concreting of the pile will be carried out by concrete mixing truck and concrete pump vehicle.

Noise pollution is a hot topic in Punggol today..........

First by fighter planes on exercise to protect our airspace.

Second on noise generated by traffic on the TPE expressways.

Manage to catch the traffic pattern at the traffic junction between Punggol Road and Punggol Field during off-peak hours ( 11.00 am ). Looks not bad......

Within a matter of few days, we saw increased activities at the construction site. More steel tubes had be delivered to site with two additional drilling rigs and cranes.

Concreting on piles are also progressing, hope to catch some action in the next round.
