Today, an additional mobile concrete pump was added to the fleet working at the condo. One was pumping concrete to the perimeter walls. The other working on foundations.

At the other end workers were on a portable vibrator to ensure the concrete mixtures are properly set in.

Fabrication of steel structures for columns are in progress, pictures show at least six of them, more should be up soon.

A little bit towards the left of the overhead tower crane is a deep excavation. This plot should be the condo's Lagoon Pool.

A little bit closer, because of rain recently, it looks more like a pool. To enable work to continue at the bottom, rain water has to be drain soon.

Building constructional details for general info to Pungollians, also may interest students who took up Building Construction / civil / structural engineering from the Polytechnics and the U.

Let's see how the overhead tower crane was anchor to the r.c. foundation on a pile.
