The purple rectangle was lined up with high tensile stress steel bar reinforcements.

After completion of the foundations above the concrete piles, before steel reinforcements, the soft ground is normally filled with hardcore and levelled.

This rectangle plot, in accordance to " PRIVE " site plan, house the tennis court. Entrance is from a side gate from Punggol Road.

Next to it, is Block 35 with 2 room, 3 room and 4 room ( suite ) housing.

Massive steel reinforcements were used on top of rc piles and foundations. At the time when this picture was taken, structural engineers and supervisors were also on site checking on the details.......

Quite a number of foundations had been concreted. Formworks for concreting of other foundations for the same block are in progress.

Soon fabrication of steel work for columns should gradually be put up. In another one months time, structures should go beyond ground level.
