Pungollians may be wandering when actual building construction will start.......From past performances of other building sites around Punggol, foundation / footing work may be done within a span of about three months ( plus, minus ) depending on building construction schedule.

Work started somewhere as early as middle / end October at a slower pace. It gathers momentum some two or three weeks ago, where more machines and workers were deployed.

Concrete needs time for setting and curing, probably takes about a month per block.

After testing of piles, removing of soil to recover pile heads, cutting of excessive pile, extension of steel reinforcements, erection of formwork and final concreting of foundation and footings will then follow.

As soon as certain blocks are ready, the above work sequence will follow.

Today is Sunday, time 17.35 , surprising to note that the site is still open and workers are in full swing. Lets take a look at the bird eye view of the entire building site.

Zoomed in at the rectangle in purple marking....

Two weeks ago, accordine to the last picture taken, the entire building site is still quite flat, meaning no digging activities of tractors.

Today, look at the amount of work done......it's quite difficult to believe....probably due to the Govt. call to increase productivity.....or the developer's / contractors site management stringent techniques / control method ..........

Close-up views :-
