This was the picture taken from another Punggol Building site. Probably due to site condition ? Maybe not..........the concreting can be done at a different angle using the above method. Thus saving manhours, equipment usage / distribution, supervision and a host of other factors. Meaning, finally saving money and earlier completion of work in hand.

Manage to catch a shot while the reinforcement cage suspended by the crane was lowered into the steel cyclinder.

The next shows a close-up view while the cage was inserted.

After concreting of the pile, setting and curing of concrete ( 28 days as or pertaining to structural / civil engineering specifications ) the steel cyclinder can then be removed.

Picture shows the removal in progress.......
