Prive looks perfect, serene, inviting to receive it's first owner any time soon. Happen to be there this morning and shot a few pictures of it's perimeter fencing. Some says it looks cheap but after going round the site, to me it looks perfectly OK.

Those designs facing the roads are solid and presentable. Those that faced existing housing estates need not to be rigid because it serves only as a boundary line. Take a closer look, you'll realised that there is a second internal concrete grilled wall strong enough to discourage intended intruders.

Anyone received any news on the key collection date? I went passed today and from outside it is almost completed.

From info gathered, buyers should be able to get their keys pregressively starting from the middle of next month.  congrats......all of you should look forward to the 15th.....
