First look at the overall picture from high rise.....owners must be proud and happy to have own a beautifully design home which is expensive in outlook but cheapest in town as compared with ECS or full condo facilities in Singapore. ( Specially impressed is the superbly designed pool-side )

We may have to wait for another 3 years before other condos in Punggol are completed. By then we should be able to compare the architectural pool side amenities for both beauty and for relaxation. By then Prive value may have jumped two fold.
