Since a month ago, trees, shrubs and plants were planted along the peripherials of the construction site. Plants are also sprucing up at the tennis court.

By the time when Prive was due to be handed over to owners, the shrubs and trees should be fully grown, strongly rooted into the ground. Everthing by then should look perfect........

The way trees and shrubs were located and planted involves the expert knowledge of a landscape Architect. Gardeners and horticultural workers were spread everywhere at Prive working at every corner of the site.

The way it's done, the way it's carried you, any layman will also know it involved the work of professionals.

At the moment, Prive is concentrating it's workforce on the ground planting trees, landscaping it's poolside and working on the perimeter fence. In the interiors which cannot be seen from the outside, workers should be doing it's final touches.

On the building facade, smoothening, grinding, touching up rough surfaces are still on going especially at Block 31.

At the 50 M Lap Pool, quite a number of pool workers were working on it's interior.
