At the moment, besides the pools, building facades of Block 31, workers are concentrated along the perimeter fencing of Blocks 33 and 35.

Construction of the swimming pools normally are undertaken  by pool specialist contractors. It involves pipes, special pumps, filters, drainage, water-treatment, testing and a whole list of requirements.

The 50M lap pool can be used for swimming by adults. At the corner of the pool, in front of the club house where function / multi-purpose room, steam room, changing rooms and toilets are house, sits the Spa Pods.

I am working with no drawings & specifications. Only by studying / analysing pictures taken from site.

The Spa Pods are meant for slimming and beauty. Probably the ladies can take advantage of it when completed.
