At the Prive construction site, there is a signboard which states the following :

99 years with effect from 14 September 2010.

Expected date of Legal Completion : 15 June 2017.

Expected date of Vacant Possession : 15 June 2014

From the above information, 15 June 2014 will be the tentative date where buyers / owners can start moving in. Still renovation needs to be done.

To be very certain, it is best to check with the developers towards end of next year ( 2013 ) for a more accurate / firm completion date.

As the main building construction progresses, work on the internal outfittings, such as partition panels, masonary work, pipings and electrical wiring are also progressing in tandem.

What is visible from the outside are the installation of glass panels and decorative railings for the balconies. For Block 37 generally, railings reached level 13.

Normally at high level, concrete is pump at ground level to a steel bucket. It is then lifted by tower crane to the designated floor to be concreted.

With innovation, concrete is delivered right up to where is necessary...........

In the Building Construction Industry, there are many trades being involved. The professionals of course includes the Architect, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Engineers. The Builders, such as Quantity Surveyors, Take Off and a whole lot of backup Technicians.

The Trade includes Carpenters, Masons, Plumbers, Electricians, Steelbenders, Riggers and a whole lot of supporting crafts, including drivers of cranes, trucks, pumps, rigs.......

Very few people / passerby pays attention to our scaffolding & platform fabricators / workers. These are the people who construct scaffolding at the outside perimeter walls of the building. Without them, without platforms to work on, external facade construction simply cannot be done.
