First Executive Condo ( EC ) in Punggol Central.

From the amount of prefab components stored near to Block 31 Tower 1 and Tower 2, looks like the developers are trying to catch up on it's progress.

From record, Block 31 started work months after Block 35.

Block 31 tower 1 and 2 taken from Punggol Field.

Tower 2 is all the time 2 floors above Tower 1. This picture shows Tower 1 is catching up. The difference is only one level.

Tower 2 is up at level 7 with the 8th floor flooring completed. Some prefab panels installed.

Tower 3 is at level 10, Tower 4 at level 11, Tower 5 at level 12.

Block 35 Tower 6 at level 15 and Tower 7 reaching level 16.

Is this EC with one or two basement car parks? There are 680 units so assuming every unit has 1 parking lot, minimum they need would be 680. Is it possible to have 680 lots in one level?
