This afternoon while along Punggol Road on the way  to office, near to traffic junction, look up and saw an interesting view atop Block 37 Tower 9.

The scene ? A man perched precariously on a ladder installing a section of the rubbish chute.  instantly, pick up my camera , aim and take this shot for you.
