Take a look at the following pictures showing the progress of red-brick walls construction.

The installation of window frames and the fixing of glass panels. Looks like the lower floor units are gradually having the interiors fixed as the prefabrication of the main building structure progresses.

Unlike some HDB BTO's in Punggol, the whole blocks were with final coat of paintwork, but the glazings of windows are still not ready.

1st January 2012 Block 31 Tower 1 was up on level 4 flat complete with concreting.

Today 24th January 2012, 5th level completed with 6th level gable wall and at least 50% of prefab panels strutted.

On site are quite a number of prefab panels delivered, stored next to this Block.
