Block 31 Tower 2 is the only Block with 4 units of 3 room flats on each level. Others are a mixture of different designs of 2, 3, 4 and 4 (suites )

Today it reach level 3. The floor is flat. In another few days, we'll come back with another picture to show it's progress.
