Another group of workers / supervisors who work behind the scene are the scaffolding builders. They erect scaffolds, frame by frame, metal tube by tube from the ground to roof to provide working platforms for other trades to work on.

Also on site are a team of safety workers / supervisors who provide railings to prevent workers from falling into open spaces or out of the building.

Look at Prive little baby at the background, growing up very quickly, though born a few months later. Today standing tall at level 4. Soon it will catch up with it's taller brothers.

Having taken a top perspective view of Block 31, lets take another look from the eyes of a bird flying over Prive.

On New Year's day 2012, Block 31 tower 1 stood tall at 4th level. From far 4th level was quite flat.

Today 9 January 2012, approx. 8 working days later ( 64 man hours per worker ), the gable walls on both ends of the block, the lift shaft, the bomb shelters, columns, seems sprout out overnight like magic.
