In Singapore, the authorities are very particular with training of workers for the Building Industry.

In the prefabrication factories, concrete mix for prefab components are subjected to stringent regulatory controls.The final product before delivery has to be check, double check by QC.

At Site, Architects, Engineers and Supervisors are also having their daily regular Checks to ensure construction are done in accordance to specification and details. Safety officers to maintain a safe working enviroment.
