Block 31 is gradually taking shape. It has gone beyond basement level to level 1.

Concreting for the structural walls are on-going. A close-up view shows the floor covering slabs had also been laid.

Dust covering for part of the building removed, probably for the installation of the vertical elevators.

As work progress, men, small tools and equipment had to be moved up to the respective floors at a greater speed to save cost and time.

Lets see if it's done this way.......
