Compare this picture taken 3 hours earlier to that of the same picture taken 9 days ago dated 5 September 2011.

On closer look, you'll noticed a total of 4 units ( 25,26,27 and 28 ) prefab panels were hauled up, strutted, aligned and levelled. Including some load supporting units which has to be cast-insitu ( fabricated at site.

Block 31 although started later than the rest will gradually catch up progressively with the other blocks overtime.

Remember the stretch of land next to Punggol Arcadia, once occupied with a row of temporary structures / stores at the beginning of the Prive project. Now all were demolished, replaced with a couple of newly constructed additional concrete piles. This calls for careful planning of the entire project due to space constraint.

Work is still at basement level and looks like a high concentration of workforce is at the moment deployed probably to speed up construction.
