The ground is slowly being concreted with reinforcements laid. The depth of the basement can be a level deep, can be two levels, quite difficult to ascertain from the picture taken from high ground.

Thanks Tom for all the pictures. They are really very good and well taken, but really I am still unable to tell whether it is Level 1 or basement. Tom/any others, what do you think?

Your label "?Basement" corresponds to "1" in the first picture of the set.

I wonder if we have to wait till they finish building all 17 floors before we get the answer.
