Hey Tom,

Like many grateful others, I registered just to thank you for keeping us updated on the development of this property. You have made strangers to Punggol wanting to live here, filling unknown with colorful pictures, and assuring doubtful hearts with knowledge.

Thanks again for being our eyes, ears and voice in this wonderful forum. Keep up the great work! ^^

Bird-eye view of the whole Prive Executive Condo Building Site showing Blocks 35, 37, 33 and 31.

The second view at Block 37 shows a new temporary site office added. Probably as the construction progresses, more supervisory / technical staff are needed and so more temporary office spaces.

Today Block 37 was full of activities. At least more than 15 workers / Supervisors / Engineering Staff were involved with the inspection of steel reinforcements. ( circle A )

Another group of between 12 to 15 workers were involved with the concreting of the floor slab. A concrete pump together with an on going numbers of mobile concrete mixers worked through lunch break.

In concreting work for the day, the concrete pump, number of cubic metres of concrete had to be worked out, ordered, and once work starts, rain or shine, work had to be completed to make sure the whole slab is in one piece.

Photo shows at least 3 workers were guiding the rubber hose, 1 or 2 levelling up the concrete, 1 worker with air vibrator to make sure all air bubbles are driven out of the concrete mix and many others helping out.
