Hi Tom,

Thank you very much for posting the pictures of Prive "growing up".

I signed up with this forum on purpose to thank you, I believe I am not the only (random) one in Singapore who has been reading this thread eagerly (yes checking 2 or more times a day), hopeful for an update from you.

Just wondering from which vantage points have you been taking these photos? Also, please post more pictures of Block 35.

Also, regarding Block 35, I have 2 pictures attached. I am concerned about the distance of Units 25 and 26 from the opposite HDB, as from the construction site picture, the reinforcement bars are really very close to the edge of the fence. I wonder if the ground floor spacer/courtyard is going to be just touching the fence or whether there will be a bit of space and some trees planted between the fence and the ground floor of Units 25 and 26. The second picture shows the model set-up from the showroom. Any comments?

Dear Tom, thank you for your great work with all the updates! I had been following the construction of my new home i.e Stack 31 via your regular updates with great interest, and I thought it would be good to register in this forum to convey my thanks to you as well. I am sure most of my future neighbours are following your postings as well, so keep up the great work!

I happen to shoot a picture from the same location, two days ago. It's about the spacing between Prive and the adjacent HDB estate. ( everything should look ok )

From the design point of view, Architects, Designers, Engineers are all governed  by the Rules and Regulations stipulated in the Building & Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA )

All related Drawings, Specifications has to be submitted to the revelant Regulatory Departments for approval before work can be started.
