I am a dog owner and wish to know if there is any dog park around in Punggol?

Does anyone know if there is plan to built a dog park with training facilities in this estate.  Hopefully, there is such a plan for a dog park so more could be done to promote responsible pet ownership. I am just sick about irresponsible pet owners who don't clean up after their dogs or let their dogs misbehave in public places.
