Hi, We just moved to Punggol over Christmas and we’ve noticed that a lot of the time there is this chemical burnt smell in the air that is irritating to our throats. We read that it’s from Johor but the articles start from years ago, the latest being last September. Has this smell just come back recently or has it always been like this? What can we do about it? How do we lodge a complaint?
