bad neighbor (5 roomer) always placing many pairs of shoes and pots of plant  in front of Elderly studio apartment that causing difficulty reaching the iron gate. Every Saturday is a nightmare, shoes can be 20 to 25 pairs right in front of the door
They refused to communicate instead, closed the door and each time when they (young or adults) the senior citizen also close the door. Now senior citizen has to shut her own door at all times.

last week, one of the member tied a bloom facing the senior citizen's main door. is the 4th or 5th times dispute since they moved in 1.5 years ago.

the senior citizen has been went to meet the people session many times for a relocation, but the MPs seem unable to help. anyone sees this forum able to have more information to help this senior citizen.
