Block 260C is at level 6th. From where I stood, managed to capture part of the Block showing the completed levels.

Two of the stores / bomb shelters had been lifted up and installed. Steel benders are busy laying BRC reinforcements. In the next few days, when steel reinforcements are completely laid and inspected, the 7th floor reinforced floor slab should be concreted.

Five weeks later, the whole Topaz construction site looks much different. This is a picture shot from a near-by high-rise block.

It is quite difficult to belief, is'nt it ? But pictures don't tell lies. In fact on the 22 August 2012 Block 258A & B was on second level. Today both of them reached level 5.

Three levels of prefabricated panels were put up and installed within 5 weeks, except for the concreting of floor slabs for the next level.
