On the right hand side corner of Matilda House stood 3 pillars with a concrete floor in tact. Probably due to weather conditions over the years, the carporch roof might have collapsed leaving only the pillars.

Thanks for the update...
Notice that there are some building structures between the Matilda House and the fence have been torn down, and the drain is constructed in front of the house.
