For all drivers, do you notice that carpark attendants come more often this month Feb'09 ?
FYI, around outram area 1 day can come 3 times ..How about pungool carpark ?

make Punggol surroundings better???

planting bigger trees in Punggol would be nice. The small trees in Punggol are not large enough to provide shade under the hot sun, along pathways in Punggol.

Haha, i know bigger trees are harder to maintain and cost more to maintain...
